Join our life-changing small-group coaching program that uses an evidence-based CDC-approved curriculum that has been proven to be an effective lifestyle change program to help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
One of our trained professionals (physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, lifestyle coach, nutritionist, fitness trainer) leads the program and you will work closely with our team to learn the skills needed to make lasting changes.

Prevent Type 2 Diabetes Program Structure

MoRadiance® Health Diabetes Prevention Program is a 12-month online membership that includes 16 weekly sessions followed by 6 monthly check-ins. During each session, a credentialed member (physician, lifestyle coach, nutritionist) of our health team and participants will work together to explore topics such as:
- Eating healthier
- Cooking demonstrations
- Healthy recipes
- Managing craving
- Adding physical activity to your life
- Strategies for eating out
- Managing stress
- Staying motivated
- Improving sleep habits
- Increasing positive self-talk
- Solving problems that can get in the way of healthy changes
- Behavior change psychology
Program Eligibility
The following criteria must be met for participation:
- 18 years of age or older
- BMI 25 kg/m2 or over (23 kg/m2 or over if Asian American)
- No previous diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
- Not currently pregnant
