How much time does this require each day?
The daily video lesson is 3โ5 minutes. The action item is designed to fit into your existing day, not add to it. Most participants report 20โ30 minutes total per day including the lesson, action, and tracker.
Is this a diet program?
No. Nutrition is one of six pillars covered, alongside movement, sleep, stress, social connection, and reducing habits that work against your brain. There is no calorie counting or restriction.
Do I need any equipment or special foods?
